Scheduled for completion in Spring 2026, the project reflects a moderate-to-high-end budget, emphasizing sustainable design, universal access, and modern workplace strategies aligned with the brand's creative identity. CEO's desire is to have a new office that promotes modernity and embraces new workplace strategies and concepts. He prefers the look of the office that is unified throughout and is very open with people being the focus as much as possible.

The office design aims to create a workplace that reflects the soul of acoustic rock-honest, warm, and creatively raw-while embracing modernity and the human-centered values of Open Chord Records. The open layout will foster interaction and visibility, supported by flexible systems furniture that responds to evolving workplace needs. A palette of natural and sustainable materials, rhythmic textures, and built in musical character will ground the space, echoing the authenticity of the music.
